The problem

LATAM wholesale still runs by hand.

Not for lack of trying. The tools that exist were built to sell one unit at a time with a card, and wholesale does not work that way.

The PDF catalog is stale on arrival

You send it over WhatsApp and the next day a price changed, a size sold out, or a new capsule dropped. Nobody knows which version the buyer is looking at.

Orders live in the chat

Screenshots, voice notes and handwritten lists. Someone retypes them into a spreadsheet, and that is where the size, curve and quantity errors come from.

Invoicing starts from scratch

Every order gets retyped into the ERP. Hours go every week, and the warehouse pays for the data entry mistake.

Payments get chased one by one

Checks, echeqs, transfers and store credit tracked in separate notebooks. Nobody knows for sure who owes what, or since when.

How it works

From your ERP to your buyer, no stops.

Four steps. We do the first one with you.

Book a demo
  1. 1

    We import your catalog

We pull your products from Shopify, VTEX or an Excel export from your ERP. We recognize the columns you already use, including cod bas, rubro, talle and curva, wholesale cost and retail price.

  2. 2

    You publish your store

Your catalog lives at yourbrand.wearlyapp.com with your logo, your colors and your categories. Public for anyone, or gated with email plus a 6 digit code.

  3. 3

    Your buyers place the order

They see current prices and stock, enter quantities per size with the curve already suggested, and respect your minimum per item. No back and forth.

  4. 4

The order lands where you work

Review it in Wearly, get it by email with the summary and a warehouse-ready sheet, or send it straight to your ERP through an integration.

Payments and installments

Collecting stops being a notebook.

Wearly speaks the payment methods LATAM wholesale actually uses, with their surcharges and discounts, and tracks every installment until it clears.

Payment methods

  • CashDiscount for paying up front
  • Bank transferWith your bank details

You set the percentages, the due day and the starting month. Wearly handles the rest.

Order total, tax included

Collection portal

Your buyer signs in, sees what they owe and how they can pay it. No more chat threads asking for the receipt.

Installment tracking

Every installment with its due date and status. You know what cleared, what is due this week and what is overdue, without opening a spreadsheet.

Automatic surcharges and discounts

Each payment method adjusts the total on its own. Cash discount, check surcharge, whatever you define.

Tax on every order

Calculated on the total and carried into the email summary and the order sheet.

Integrations

Your ERP is not the blocker.

Shopify and VTEX connect on their own. For everything else, and in LATAM it is almost always everything else, we send engineers.

Shopify

Direct import of products, variants and images.

VTEX

Catalog and category sync.

Excel from your ERP

Custom mapping, with Spanish header detection.

Your own API

If your system exposes data, we connect to it.

Forward deployed engineers

We do not hand you documentation and wish you luck. One of our engineers sits with your IT team and leaves the integration running.

  • API integration when your ERP has one
  • Custom XLS mapping when it does not
  • Sync for prices, stock, categories and size curves
  • Orders come back to your ERP in the format it already expects

Why Tiendanube and VTEX fall short

  • Checkout

    Assumes card and instant payment

Store credit, checks, echeqs and installments

  • Pricing

    One price for everyone

    Wholesale cost and retail price

  • Order entry

    One unit at a time

Full size curve on one screen

  • ERP

    Generic connectors, or nothing

A dedicated engineer until it works

FAQs

What people
always ask.

Still have a question? Give us fifteen minutes and we will go through it with your real catalog.

Talk to us

Coming from Shopify or VTEX, we import it and you have it the same day. Coming from an Excel export, one of our engineers builds it with you and it usually ships that same week.

No. You can leave the store public, or gate it with email plus a 6 digit code. No passwords, nothing to install.

Yes. You work with wholesale cost and retail price, and a gated store lets you control who sees what.

That is the most common case and it is not a blocker. We work with custom-mapped XLS files, and we already recognize the headers the industry uses, including cod bas, rubro, talle, curva and costo mayorista.

You define the methods you accept with their surcharge or discount, set up the installment plan, and follow every due date from the collection portal.

No. Wearly is the commercial layer: catalog, orders and collections. Orders come back to your ERP in the format it already expects.
